Since being married, I’ve come to notice that on a day to day basis, While I’m perfectly happy grilling steak, chicken or even salmon, Eva rarely makes the same thing or in the same way repeatidly. Leftovers are very much a way of life around here and that has to present a challenge. I’m always amazed at her ability to, like Elsa in Frozen, create something from seemingly nothing (Gawd, did I just reference Frozen?). Yes, we repeat the good stuff (I love Chicken Marsala), but for the most part it’s always something new.
Here with her help, I will try and document the meals that she comes up with, all of them; the good, the bad, and the over cooked.
